Friends of New Traditions, New Traditions' Parent Teacher Association, raises money for the school in order to support New Traditions Elementary School's priorities, which include:

Priority #1 Inclusivity

NT Staff and families continue to work together in service of ALL students. This assumes that every adult commits to the academic, artistic, and social-emotional success of all students in an inclusive and caring community.

Priority #2 Academics

Continue to strengthen our Common Core English Language Arts and math instructional program to ensure all students are meeting grade level standards for reading and math.

Priority #3 Arts Education

Continue to invest in art programming at our school, This includes maintaining art specials in the instructional day, integrating art/steAm in all classroom spaces, and solidifying community art events in partnership with families

Priority #4 Social Emotional Learning

Continue to focus on the whole child. Develop and implement more consistent school-wide rules, restorative clean up messages, behavior incentives and academic incentives and ensure the overall safety of our school.
